Complete "pre-registration" from your smartphone, PC, or tablet!
*You can register after visiting the store. We recommend that you register in advance to ensure a smooth reception on the day.
Membership card issuance and payment at the store reception

Once you have completed your pre-registration, a "provisional registration completion email" will be sent to the email address you registered. Please present this screen at the reception desk and we will issue you a membership card.
Once issued, you will be able to pay.

Size check for rental items

Once payment is complete, we will check the size of the rental items.
Please note that the rental shoes are for climbing only, so please bring socks with you.
Also, your first rental is completely free!
Facility guide & changing room

Once the size check is complete, you will be asked to change into your clothes.
We will use chalk to prevent slipping when climbing, so please bring sportswear that you don't mind getting dirty.
There are lockers with combination locks in the changing rooms. Please keep your valuables safe at all times.

Once you've changed, please come to the climbing area!
Staff will explain how to use the area, precautions, and rules.
We will give you a lecture on everything from how to start to how to climb.

Q1: Is a reservation required?
A1: Everyone is welcome to use the facility without reservations.
Q2: What is the minimum age for use?
A2: Children 3 years old and up are welcome.
Q3: What do I need to bring?
A3: Please bring clothes that are easy to move in and can get dirty, and socks.
Q4: Is there a fee for accompanying children?
A4: Only those who actually climb will be charged (there is no limit to the number of people).

Q5: Can I do it even though it is my first time?
A5: Of course! Just bring your motivation.
